Songs, stories, partnering and games make this class both fun and educational for all. Yoga not only uses poses to help physical and mental development but also breath work, hand movements and relaxation to the benefit of the whole child. Long-time kids yoga teacher and Temple Emanu-El Nursery School Yoga Teacher, Siomara, brings both enthusiasm and positivity to this family friendly class for ages 1-3 (children who are considered “walkers”) and their caretakers. Please wear clothes that are easy to move in. Class is given in bare feet or socks.
